Neat concept, I could see tattoos like this being possible with AR tech. Her overall design as well as the color choices make her feel like a less gritty version of cyberpunk, which is also cool to see.

Damn it! Curse my two-handedness preventing me from giving this character the proper triple head pat. Ah well, I can at least give you one for a good job *headpats*. Nice work on her design, the cerberus motif looks better as kinda living pauldrons than the tri-head situation from the monster girl game. The shading and lighting are also pretty good, using multiple colors for the different lights is cool to see.

Cute design! Your cell shading is pretty good but that blue gradient shading seems off, maybe have it conform to the shape of the body so it's fade away from her outline. Anyways, your style is pretty good and your OC is really cute, I like how she constantly mlems.

I think the intense lighting and hard shading makes up for the average pose and composition. Her expression also has that 'crap, not now' kind of look which is fun.

The touches of brownish red in the shading and undertones bring out the main hues. This style is also very interesting as it emulates the textures of traditional paints, with the types of brushes used and the wild line strokes for the back ground; it all comes together very nicely.
